Refund policy

Return Policy:

At Caleb Ultra Clean a final inspection for all the products are done by our quality control team to ensure every unit meets the standard before it reaches the shipping department. We allow returns only in specific cases.

Customers must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper images or video proof for unboxing our product.

Returnable Items

  • Item is damaged during delivery

  • Item is leaking

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Expired product received

Non-Returnable Items

  • Product is opened or used

  • Customer changes mind

  • Minor packaging issues without leakage

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Products returned without original packaging

Return Verification & Inspection

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will go through a thorough quality check and inspection by our team.

  • Acceptance of the return is subject to successful verification of the product condition.

  • If the product does not meet our return conditions after inspection, the return request will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email/WhatsApp with order number and photos
  • Our team will review and approve eligible returns
  • Return shipping arranged (we'll provide instructions)
  • Refund processed after inspection

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

  • For cancelling order, you should contact us via email or whatsapp within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges available for damaged or defective products only
